  • Annual Reports to Congress and Quality and Disparities Reports, prepared annually, offer updates on national, state, and local efforts to implement the Strategy’s priorities to achieve the three aims and progress against the six priorities.
  • Agency-Specific Plans present efforts by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Office of Personnel Management, to implement the Strategy at the agency level.
