Performing a gap analysis will help your team begin to understand what it might take to move your process from current state to the Project RED process. Because you will go through the process of determining your high-level processes, you will be able to clearly and consistently across team members articulate the gaps in an organized and efficient manner without blaming one another or wasting time through story telling.
