Now let's talk about specific roles on the project team and within the Project RED intervention. Selecting a project leader who understands project management, group dynamics, facilitation techniques, objectivity, PI tools and techniques, and overall positive framing will be a critical success factor. The project leader will design agendas for each meeting, maintain established meeting structure, use ground rules for group focus, and keep the team energized and committed to the process.
