Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture: 2008 Preliminary Comparative Results

This survey tool can be used to assess the culture of resident safety in nursing homes from a staff perspective.

Give this nursing home an overall rating on resident safety

This chart shows the overall resident safety rating that respondents provided. Respondents gave the following ratings to their nursing home: 29% responded "excellent," 39% responded "very good," 23% responded "good," 8% responded "fair," and 1% responded "poor."
