Test, in practical, real-world trials, different systematic ways of delivering integrated health care for people with (1) emotional and behavioral problems (i.e. people with mental health and substance use problems) and (2) unhealthy behaviors.  This work is well suited for PBRNs and would accelerate evidence based practice by developing practice based evidence, moving beyond testing one pill vs another, or one device vs another. This research matters to approximately 32 million people each year (in terms of the burden of illness associated with important "mental health" problems and a majority of the population (adults, adolescents, children) now compromised because of unhealthy behaviors, specifically tobacco use, physical inactivity, unhealthy diet, and risky use of alcohol.
