AHRQ National Advisory Council To Meet November 7

The National Advisory Council for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) will meet on Friday, November 7.  The council provides advice to AHRQ's director and to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services on matters related to AHRQ.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will begin with an update on the Agency's current research, programs, and initiatives. The council will discuss such topics as patient-centered care, quality and value in health care, and updates for AHRQ's National Healthcare Quality Report and National Healthcare Disparities Report.
