- On-Time Quality Improvement in Long-Term Care:
- Reduced incidence of pressure ulcers by 70%.
- Integrated four On-Time reports to identify residents at risk for pressure ulcers.
- Targeted residents at risk for unintended weight loss; incidence fell 3.5% to 1.7%.
- Documentation of patient behavior increased from 35% to 85%.
