Image: Line graph shows that Pennsylvania's mean central line-associated blood stream infections (CLABSI) rate dropped from just below 2 to 1 in the first two quarters, then dropped to .05 for the fourth and fifth quarters. Pennsylvania's median CLABSI rate dropped from 1.75 to baseline in the first two quarters and remained at baseline until the fifth quarter.
