  • Each will address 1 of 3 programmatic areas:
    • Patient safety
    • Health equity
    • Health care system implementation
  • $4.5 million possible in FY 2011 to fund three Centers:
    • Funded through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Prevention and Public Health Fund
  • Applications due May 23rd.
