    • Accesses preventive USPSTF recommendations with NextGen EHR [electronic health record].
    • Recommendations embedded in health maintenance module as checklist.
    • Clinical staff trained to access patient's EHR at start of each visit.
    • Information on USPSTF screenings for diabetes, colorectal cancer, and tobacco use must be completed before chart can be closed and billed.
