Chung, SukyungInstitution: Palo Alto Medical Foundation Research Institute, Palo Alto, CA Project Description: The goal of this project is to develop evidence on how primary care office visits should be more accurately coded to reflect physician work and other inputs used. Three specific aims and questions are:
Career Goals: Dr. Chung is a Health Economist at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation Research Institute. She received her Ph.D. in Health Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical services research and health policy at the University of California, San Francisco. Her long-term career goal is to become a leading researcher in the area of incentives for efficient and equitable health care delivery. Progress to Date: This grant has just started.
