[D] Figure 4 is a map of Baltimore City census blocks shaded according to the number of African American-women over age 40. Overlaid on this map, are dots representing the households of Belair Road clinic patients who are also African-American women over age 40 (offset within blocks to protect patient identity). This map demonstrates that there are blocks with high concentrations of African-American women over age 40 that either are or are not using the Belair Road clinic. This map revealed neighborhoods where the clinic could target a breast cancer screening outreach project for this population of women.
