[D] Figure 2a summarizes the income eligibility levels for Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program by Eligibility Group, 2002. Included are the Aged and Disabled; Pregnant Women and Infants; Children Ages 1-5, 6-13, and 14-18; Parents; Childless Adults; and Ineligible Non-citizens. It clearly illustrates that certain groups of individuals are not eligible for Medicaid, no matter how poor they are.
