The slide contains a bar graph of AHRQ Diabetes-Related Hospital Admissions per 100,000 population for 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. The graph shows data for the State of Wisconsin, the Midwest, and the Nation. For every year shown, Wisconsin diabetes-related hospital admissions per 100,000 are lower than both the Midwest and the Nation. Admissions for Wisconsin range from 172 to 178, for the Midwest from 216 to 234, and for the Nation from 234 to 244.
