    • Input information added to the output file of the tool and ability to download output file to Excel®.
    • Review of Alabama results; determined number of outpatient visits and costs were high.
    • Recalculation by Alabama of number and costs of outpatient visits.
  • March 31, 2010: End of pilot program
  • Alabama provided 3-month tail for all claims to be submitted for payment
  • July 2010: Began calculating the ROI for the case management portion of TFQ
