Have you ever been told by a doctor that you have diabetes? (2008)

Image: A map of Tennessee with the counties color coded in different shades of blue based on the percentage of patients that responded "yes" to the question whether a doctor had told them they had diabetes. Dark blue indicates that the percentage of patients that responded "yes" is between 12.1 and 14.0 percent and white indicates that that the percentage of patients that responded "yes" is between 8.3 and 8.9 percent. The percentage of patients that responded "yes" varies across the State.
