10th National CAHPS User Group Meeting

On March 29-31, 2006, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) hosted the 10th National CAHPS User Group Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland. The meeting was organized for both current and prospective survey users as well as anyone interested in learning about CAHPS surveys, reporting tools, and quality improvement activities. Speakers included members of the CAHPS Consortium, as well as experienced users and field testers of CAHPS surveys.
Who Attended?
Over 300 people attended the User Group Meeting, about half of whom also attended the CAHPS College. Registrants came from all over the country, and represented the full spectrum of CAHPS users, including
