Here's a quick snapshot of the Alliance structure

Many committees, made up of over 100 physicians, business leaders and others from the community

Recommendations are developed and reviewed by various committees and recommended to the multi-stakeholder Board

Several of these work groups are made up of a majority of physicians, including the Quality Improvement Committee and the clinical improvement teams which focus on specialized areas
