10. Population-level Public Health Alerting
- HIE serves as gateway for relevant epidemiologic data to providers (patients)
- Ideally in context of patient and practice (e.g. age/zip, ED vs. Ambulatory)
- Trends in influenza or asthma
- Antibiograms
- Preventive services recommendations
