Usefulness of Patient's Medication History Provided Through Your e-Prescribing Software in Reconciling the Active Medication List?

Variation in frequency of usefulness of patient's medication history graphed for 6 vendors, including one used in two States. Results are approximate values.
Overall, about 45% found it very useful, 50% somewhat useful, and 5% not useful. The extent to which physicians found the medication history provided to be useful varied by software product used. For Vendor E in State 1 100% found it very useful and for Vendor C 100% found it somewhat useful.
