Change in Patient Ratings of Dialysis Staff for One Center

Here, similar to what we saw for the summary measures, the rating seems to have increased rather than decrease which is what we saw with the nephrologists. The proportion of patients who rated staff poorly appears to have decreased and the ones how rated them highly appears to have increased.

However, we cannot be confident that this is not a blip in the data.
