MAeHC Architecture and Data Flows

Flowchart of the MAeHC Architecture and Data Flows process.
There are four levels of data, listed from the bottom up: Provider-level EHR; Community-level HIE; MAeHC-level QDW; and MAeHC-level Analysis. Data flows from the provider level up to the MAeHC level of analysis.
Provider logos are listed on the provider level. The providers are: NextGen, ALLSCRIPTS, GE, Physician Micro Systems, e-MDs, eClinicalWorks, and MEDITECH. Data flows up to three pilot projects and their providers: Brockton (Wellogic) Newburyport (Wellogic), and North Adams (eClinicalWorks). Data flows up from the projects to MAeHC. Data flows from MAeHC to the analysis and reporting level for outcomes analysis and benchmarking. Data also flows from MAeHC for reports to plans including P4P and chart review.
