Line graph showing the results of triplicate prescription policy for benzodiazepine among patients living in neighborhoods with different racial compositions. The races compared were black, Hispanic, white, and mixed. The survey period was Jan. 1988 through Jan. 1991. It measured the number of BZ recipients per 1000 continuous enrollees. The graph shows a large drop in Jan. 1989, and after that it remained at a much smaller level.
