The following features of the report are highlighted:

Red, yellow, and green indicators show adherence with targets
Targets are for 90th percentile for HEDIS or for Partners providers
Zero defect care:
- Aspirin
- Beta-blockers
- Blood pressure
- Lipids

Notes:

CAD QD targets are HEDIS target (BP, lipid, HTN) or Partners averages
Clarify zero defect (ASA, BP, HTN, lipids) or # deficiency care (14: 0, 1, or 2 points for each of 7 items).
