The chart shows the drugs included in the following rank from highest preventable risk to lowest preventable risk:

Anticoagulants (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.50)
Antiseizure (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.30)
Antiplatelets (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.30)
Hypoglycemics (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.00)
Antipsychotics (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.80)
NSAIDS (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.80)
Diuretics (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.75)
Cardiovascular (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.45)

Notes:

Or you can look at essentially the "Risk" of therapy.
In other words, the chances of an ADE when you prescribe an Anticoagulant is 3 times higher than your risk when prescribing a Cardiovascular medication.
