The chart shows the drugs included in the following rank from highest preventable risk to lowest preventable risk:
- Anticoagulants (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.50)
- Antiseizure (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.30)
- Antiplatelets (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.30)
- Hypoglycemics (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 1.00)
- Antipsychotics (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.80)
- NSAIDS (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.80)
- Diuretics (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.75)
- Cardiovascular (Preventable ADE's/Prevalence 0.45)

Or you can look at essentially the "Risk" of therapy.
In other words, the chances of an ADE when you prescribe an Anticoagulant is 3 times higher than your risk when prescribing a Cardiovascular medication.
